Day-1 (Fruit diet)
Morning (while empty belly): Half
juice of a middle sized lemon mixed with 2 glasses of lukewarm water.
15 Minutes Later: Eat as much fresh raw fruits as
possible. Avoid canned fruits.
Lunch: 1 tomato sandwich and 1 apple
Dinner: Only fresh raw fruits.
TIP:
Eat as much apples as you can any time. Avoid bananas, mangoes, grapes and other
sugary fruits. Also avoid canned fruits.
Day-2 (Vegetable diet)
Morning (while empty belly): Half
juice of a middle sized lemon mixed with 2 glasses of lukewarm water.
15 Minutes Later: Fresh fruits and 1 glass low
fat milk.
Lunch: Boiled, steamed, roasted or
stir fried vegetables. It is recommended to add soy sauce or vinegar or black salt.
Dinner: Cucumber salad.
TIP: Avoid any potatoes,
corns, soy beans and coconuts.
Day-3 (Combination diet)
Morning (while empty belly): Half
juice of a middle sized lemon mixed with 2 glasses of lukewarm water.
15 Minutes Later: Fresh fruits and 1 glass low
fat milk.
Lunch: Fruits and vegetables.
Dinner: Fruits and vegetables.
Day-4
Morning (while empty belly): Half
juice of a middle sized lemon mixed with 2 glasses of lukewarm water.
15 Minutes Later: 1 boiled egg and 1 glass of fresh
fruit juice.
Lunch: 1 small bowl of rice, lentils
and fibrous vegetables.
Dinner: 1 bowl vegetable soup and green
salad.
Day-5
Morning (while empty belly): Half
juice of a middle sized lemon mixed with 2 glasses of lukewarm water.
15 Minutes Later: 1 apple and 1 glass low fat milk.
Lunch: Roasted or steamed or stir
fried vegetables and lentils.
Dinner: Green salad
Day-6
Morning (while empty belly): Half
juice of a middle sized lemon mixed with 2 glasses of lukewarm water.
15 Minutes Later: 1 boiled egg (without yellow
part) and 1 glass of fruit juice.
Lunch: 1 little bowl of rice and
vegetable curry.
Dinner: 1 bowl soup.
Day-7
Morning (while empty belly): Half
juice of a middle sized lemon mixed with 2 glasses of lukewarm water.

Minutes Later: Any amount of apples.
Lunch: 1 bowl steamed or roasted or
stir fried vegetables.
Dinner: 1 bowl soup and cucumber salad.
